What is the Sympto-Hormonal Method?

  • Overview: This method integrates tracking physical fertility signs (like cervical mucus consistency) with the measurement of hormones through urine test kits.
  • Purpose: By combining these approaches, it offers a more detailed and reliable understanding of the fertile window.

Components of the Sympto-Hormonal Method

  1. Symptom Tracking

    1. Basal Body Temperature (BBT): Daily temperature readings to identify the post-ovulation temperature rise.
    2. Cervical Mucus Observation: Assessing changes in cervical mucus to detect the fertile window.
